Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your handcrafted leather goods, but if your item isn't quite right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as 'Final Sale' or 'Almost Perfect' are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase.

• 2.
  Select Items

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and provide a brief reason for the request.

• 3.
  Print & Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in the original packaging, and attach the label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
